Welcome to Bossline Transportation. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bossline Transportation website (bosslinetransportation.com), iOS mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Bossline Transportation LLC ("Bossline," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company registered in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

Bossline Transportation provides premium VIP black car services, including airport transfers, point-to-point transportation, and hourly chauffeur services. Our fleet includes Sedan, SUV, Van, and Luxury Sedan classes. While we primarily serve customers in the New England region, our service area extends across the United States and Canada.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation through Bossline. By creating an account or making a reservation, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Minors may travel as passengers, but reservations must be booked by an adult.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Bossline is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

3. Booking and Reservations

Reservations may be made through the Bossline website or iOS application. All reservations are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation. Bossline reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Pricing is calculated based on vehicle class, distance, duration, and applicable surcharges. The final price is displayed before payment confirmation.

4. Payment

Payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. Currency is in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

By providing payment information, you authorize Bossline to charge the applicable fees, including any cancellation charges as described below.

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate termination of service and additional charges for damages.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bossline Transportation LLC, its members, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the reservation that gave rise to the claim.

Bossline is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, mechanical failure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to provide reliable, on-time service, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from delays.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Bossline Transportation website and application, including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Bossline Transportation LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email when possible.

11. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time through the Account Information page in the web dashboard or iOS application, or by contacting us. Bossline reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
