Our app may request access to your device's location services. Location data is used solely to provide pickup location suggestions and improve your booking experience. We do not track your location in the background or share location data with third parties. You can disable location access at any time through your device settings.
Bossline Transportation services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. Bossline reservations may only be made by individuals 18 years of age or older. Minors may travel as passengers but may not book a reservation independently.
We take the security of your data seriously. All data is transmitted using SSL/TLS encryption and stored on secure servers. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. While no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, we implement industry-standard practices to protect your personal information.

To delete your Bossline Transportation account, sign in to the web dashboard or the iOS application, navigate to Account Information, and select Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent and will remove all associated data, including ride history and stored locations. This action cannot be undone.
